The Fraud of Alternative Health
The major problem with alternative health is that in order for it to become popular; it's got to be product based. The problem with it being product based is that most disease's that I'm aware of have causes and don't really need an herb, drug, or pill to be fixed.
We have to think about things at times. Why are we being told that Soy, and Canola are so great for our health when they've been taken off the market in the past for being dangerous to our health? The thing to see here is that soy and canola are very profitable products since they are cheap to produce. I believe Monsanto is attempting to monopolize on these seeds as well.
It's important to note when something is marketed as good for you. When something is marketed as good, it's most often censored; not publicized! We can see this when it comes to cherries for arthritis pain or cherries for diabetes. We also see it in the suppression of alternative sweeteners like Stevia which you can grow, and Xylitol which may be good for your teeth and bones.
Not all alternative health is bad, like not all allopathic treatments are. We merely need to understand the motivations for promoting some forms of treatment. When money is involved; we need to critically think things through.

I think that if you consume soy it should be in the form of tofu not soy milk

Isn't tofu concentrated soy as opposed to watered down? Brewing it is what made them deem it safe enough to return to the market. I don't think either American product is brewed. Soy sauce is brewed, but try finding one without benzoic acid (sodium benzoate). Additives in Foods to Avoid

Seeds are sold online. Try a search (bottom of page) for more information.
I've tasted these berries dried. They didn't taste very bad, but they didn't taste good.

This reminds me a lot of the so called miracle cure that Pomegrante juice is being sold as. Here in Australia some of the alternative news magazines (Nexus etc) have big glossy adds for this stuff and it sells for around $220 AUD for a dozen 2 litre bottles!
