Hi , I saw a picture of our galaxy and I thought what would happen if I draw some lines on and this is the result.

Interesting having in mind about that 2012 suposed end of times , end of a period . Interesting .

But seriously, churches have been using this for a looooooong time. The "cross" with the circle around it is part of that.

Which is partly why I think all this stuff you hear about "sun/son worship" has to really do with the central "sun" of the universe and not the big ball of gas we see crossing the sky everyday.

The Mayans used it too. I forget the terminology for it, but something like "8 division sky place." Ian Lungold talks about it in his lectures on G's video section.
