There is one way to transcend this increasingly difficult reality matrix that the self currently seems to be enslaved in. Those in high positions of authority in this system fear this natural way the most. You see this reality tries to preserve itself so that you -- the individual-self -- will remain believing in mortality and limitation. The whole purpose of this fear-based system is to keep you in check, enslaved, forever in debt (dependent), and feeling mortal. Those who run this system are very well aware of the true nature of the mind and the Quantum Mechanics which prove it. Your enemy is in fact your own subconscious projection.
It is important to note that as "bad" as this matrix is and can be, that it is a temporal necessity in this chapter of one's conscious evolution. It needs to exist temporarily for said specific purpose. For without it, there is no learning reference point in which the self can separate and further come to terms with its own true nature.
This is no easy task, of course. Understand that -- according to Quantum Mechanics -- reality is completely subjective; that because there is no objective measurement for how long you must persist, the magnitude of your required persistence is simply an inverse of the condition of your subconsciousness. This is fundamental to Quantum Mechanics' Uncertainty Principle; just as the position and momentum of a "particle" can never be simultaneously tracked.

A person's Consciousness is already an indestructible constant. Let me explain...
We can see other people die, but we cannot perceive our own deaths. Likewise, the world can see you die, but you yourself cannot perceive your own death. Being Non-Conscious (dead) means the inability to experience an awaress of that state. Therefore it is illogical to be able to experience a state of Non-Consciousness since Consciousness (Self-Awareness) is a requirement for any experience to take place. How does one experience non-experience? Likewise, how does one consciously experience non-consciousness?
For example, you get fatally shot in the head. What happens is that other people will see you die in their universe, but from your conscious frame of reference, your Consciousness will jump to a universe in which you actually somehow survive. No matter how low the probability is of your survival from other people's frame of reference, you will always experience a universe in which you are conscious.
Now this -- and this is critical -- does not mean that your physical body is indestructible. You can still get severely injured and even witness your own body die. Yes, your body can be destroyed. But your Consciousness can never shut off (from your frame of reference). This is a well supported but highly controversial Quantum Mechanics standpoint based on the famous MWI (Many Worlds Interpretation).
You will always experience a universe in which you are conscious. A non-conscious state can never experience itself for the simple fact that it isn't conscious (it has no awareness) to begin with.
That being said, there is a serious danger behind Quantum Immortality that you must be aware of. Because your Consciousness (from your first person perspective) can never cease being conscious, you can potentially experience never-ending suffering. Your most powerful enemies which can be projected by your deepest fears (if you have any) can exploit your immortality and enslave you in such a potentially horrific system. Potentially, there is no limit to how much and how long the Self could suffer. The opposite is also true.
This is why most religious people who are severely indoctrinated by concepts of "hell" will most likely be unable to escape that system when they come face to face with their immortality.
