a cure for tinnitus?

Great forum you got here.

do you know any cures for tinnitus? I know it might have some connection with aspartame but once you've got the tinnitus what can you do if anything at all?

I've had it and recovered from it years later. Just a guess, but practicing good hydration techniques could help. (avoid soft-drinks, alcohol, caffeine, and drink plenty of water but not too much). A little bit of salt in the water can help with absorption.
