It is mainly about fluoride poisoning occurring in our children - from any and all sources - be it soy products, toothpaste or other oral dental products, fluoride tablets, tea, air pollution, vaccine contamination, groundwater pollution, household products, contaminated beverages and food products, fluoridated salt or milk, anesthetics, mattresses emitting fluoride gases, Scotchgard, Teflon, antibiotics, as well as the fluoridation of public water supplies.

You can see pictures of crippled kids and adults and learn about the massive fluoride poisoning from industry pollution occurring in India and many other countries.

On this and associated websites there are links to over 60,000 studies from peer-reviewed scientific journals from around the globe, detailing fluoride toxicity, defining and detailing biochemical pathways involved in the development of various diseases, including accidental fluorosis, various cancers and underlying thyroid hormone dysfunction, Alzheimer's Disease, Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), and many more.

Another website is devoted to scientific literature.

There is info on the damage done by fluoride to the environment, to animals and to plants.

There is also info on fluoride in drugs.

"Though apparently vague and non-specific, most of the symptoms of Fluoride toxicity point towards some kind of profound metabolic dysfunction, and are strikingly similar to the symptoms of Hypothyroidism." (University of Western Ontario, 2002)

As we are convinced that all fluoride toxicity is related to disturbances caused in thyroid hormone activity (see: Symptoms), we have devoted many pages to the long-observed fluoride-iodine antagonism, including a very detailed history page. Tables are provided highlighting the biochemical evidence..

Fluoride is the 13th most abundant element, so it is impossible to remove it all. But you can reduce the risk of getting an overdose by taking the following precautions:

Avoid anything that you know that contains fluoride.

Use fluoride-free toothpaste: Boot's Non-fluoride, Tom's, Tea Tree, Vademecum, Sarakan, Kingfisher Natural Propolis, Weleda, Aloedent and others, available from supermarkets, Boot's the Chemist and health food shops.

Eat foods low in fluoride: milk, eggs, red meats (not organs), fruit with a protective rind (watermelon, lemon, banana, coconut), fruits packed in their own juices (pineapple), and those canned in non-fluoridated or low-fluoridated countries.

Don't drink tea: Tea contains between 4.4 and 12 ppm of fluoride. Just one cup can be enough for an overdose.

Take vitamin B6 and C supplements.

Take supplements of calcium and magnesium salts to help reduce fluoride absorption from the stomach and assist in elimination.

Maintain good general and dental health with varied vegetables (lightly cooked or raw)and fresh fruits. Reduce intake of starches and sugars.

Stay away from areas that fluoridate water supplies.

Avoid using non-stick kitchen ware: Non-stick coatings, such as Teflon, are made of fluoride. Scrapes and other damage can release a significant amount of fluoride into cooking.

Avoid fluoride-containing drugs : If you are taking the following, contact your doctor for a fluoride-free alternative: Prozac (fluoxetine), Rohypnol (flunitrazepam), Diflucan (fluconazole, Flixonase or Flixotide (fluticasone), Stelazine (trifluoperazine, Fluanxol or Depixol (flupenthixol) or Floxapen (flucloxacillin), and asthma drugs that use propellants containing fluoride: Ventolin and Becotide.

Unfortunately I disagree for the following reasons....

1. Going back to my Great Grandmother, she was one of the first Oral Surgeons and she was very pro fluoride. She had everyone in the family do regular fluoride rinses for their teeth and drink fluoride water. All of the people that followed her suggestions NEVER HAD A CAVITY AND STILL HAVE ALL OF THEIR TEETH.

2. If fluoride is so bad for your health, then why do all the dentists have children ages 0-18 do a fluoride rinse just before they leave the chair after they have their teeth cleaned?

3. If fluoride is so bad, then why are the people that followed these suggestions still alive. They were born in starting with 1901!!!!

4. If fluoride is so bad, then why was I told (after my own teeth cleaning 2 weeks ago) to make sure that I rinse with a fluoride and make sure that my daughter also did as best as I could, or at least have her brush her teeth with a fluoride tooth paste?

But I would also have to say that anyone and everyone should have their teeth sealed ASAP so that a cavity is prevented. Especially the children and their baby teeth until they get their adult teeth. Then those should also be sealed. It is a painless preventative measure... instead of being stubborn and having to get all that rotting drilled out. I have never had a cavity nor will I ever get one (knock on wood) since I take my oral hygiene very seriously!

Fluoride is one of the largest conspiracies against us! Hitler used it to make his country apathetic and stupid.. and guess what... this country (usa) is also run by Zionists. 911 being a controlled demolition was simply obvious -we're just apathetic to it and what's going on in Palestine and other parts of the world. The larger conspiracy has been going on long before 911, and more people were and are dying from known poisons each day than people who died from 911. There are better protocols for preventing cavities than fluoride.

Post High Fluoride Levels Can Damage Teeth, Bones, Study Says Reply with quote
http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,188769,00.html wrote:
WASHINGTON — The high levels of fluoride that occur naturally in some drinking water can cause tooth and bone damage and should be reduced, the National Research Council said Wednesday.

The study did not analyze the benefits or risks of adding fluoride to drinking water. Instead it looked at the current maximum limit of 4 milligrams per liter. Approximately 200,000 people live in communities where that level occurs naturally in water.

The Council suggested further studies to establish a new maximum level, but noted that the problems associated with exposure to fluoride are very small at 2 milligrams per liter and less. Approximately 1.4 million people have drinking water with natural fluoride levels of 2.0 to 3.9 milligrams per liter, said the Council, an arm of the National Academy of Sciences.

More than 160 million Americans live in communities with artificially fluoridated water, which contains between 0.7 and 1.2 milligrams of fluoride per liter.

Fluoride is added to water to help strengthen the teeth.

Drinking water with levels above the maximum can cause tooth discoloration and weaken the enamel, and long-term accumulation in the bones can result in an increase in fractures, the Council reported.

The National Academy of Sciences is an independent organization chartered by Congress to advise the government on scientific matters. The study was requested by the Environmental Protection Agency.

Sorry for forgetting to respond before now.

Mothers can eat better when they're pregnant. Babies and children can be fed better. Gum health is important and often overlooked. I'm sure drinking water will make a difference also. I don't believe fluoride has been sufficiently proven to prevent cavities. Compare Europe's average rate of cavities against the US. They're practically the same, and they don't fluoridate like the US does. Their soil is probably more depleted than our is of minerals as well.

EPA Standard for Fluoride in Drinking Water Is Not Protective;
Tooth Enamel Loss, Bone Fractures of Concern at High Levels

http://www4.nationalacademies.org/news.nsf/isbn/030910128X?OpenDocument wrote:
WASHINGTON -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's standard for the maximum amount of fluoride allowed in drinking water -- 4 milligrams of fluoride per liter of water -- does not protect against adverse health effects, says a new report from the National Academies' National Research Council. According to the most recent data, just over 200,000 Americans have drinking water sources containing fluoride levels at 4 mg/L or higher. The committee that wrote the report concluded that children exposed to the current maximum allowable concentration risk developing severe tooth enamel fluorosis, a condition characterized by discoloration, enamel loss, and pitting of the teeth. A majority of the committee also concluded that people who consume water containing that much fluoride over a lifetime are likely at increased risk for bone fractures.

The report does not examine the health risks or benefits of the artificially fluoridated water that millions of Americans drink, which contains 0.7 to 1.2 mg/L of fluoride. Although many municipalities add fluoride to drinking water for dental health purposes, certain communities' water supplies or individual wells contain higher amounts of naturally occurring fluoride; industrial pollution can also contribute to fluoride levels in water. Because high amounts of fluoride can be toxic, EPA places a cap, or maximum contaminant level, on fluoride concentrations in drinking water in order to prevent adverse health effects.

Although the agency's current maximum contaminant level for fluoride in drinking water is 4 mg/L, a so-called secondary level of 2 mg/L was set by EPA to protect against cosmetic dental effects linked to excess fluoride consumption. According to the most recent data, about 1.4 million people have water with 2 mg/L of fluoride.

In 1993 the Research Council reviewed EPA's maximum contaminant level for fluoride and found it to be an appropriate interim standard until further research was completed. Now that several more studies have been done and because the Safe Drinking Water Act requires periodic reassessment of regulations, EPA asked for a new review.

Most exposure to fluoride in the United States results from consumption of water and water-based beverages, but dental products, food, and other sources contribute as well. Highly exposed subpopulations include individuals who have high concentrations of fluoride in their drinking water or who drink more water than the average person because of exercise, outdoor work, or a medical condition. Relative to their body weight, infants and young children are exposed to three to four times as much fluoride as adults. Children also may use more toothpaste than is advised or swallow it, and many receive fluoride treatments from their dentists. Fluoride accumulates in bone over time, so groups likely to have increased bone fluoride concentrations include the elderly and people with severe renal deficiency who have trouble excreting fluoride in their urine.

When assessing the risk for adverse health effects in populations with water fluoride concentrations near the level of the EPA standards, the committee assumed these populations had the same exposure to other sources of fluoride as populations with smaller amounts of fluoride in their water.

On average, approximately 10 percent of children in communities with water fluoride concentrations at or near 4 mg/L develop severe tooth enamel fluorosis, the new report says. Previous assessments have considered all cases of enamel fluorosis, including serious ones, to be aesthetically displeasing because of the yellow and brown staining of teeth that occurs, but not adverse to health. However, the committee said that severe cases of enamel loss constitute an adverse health effect because one function of enamel is to protect the teeth and underlying dental tissue from decay and infection. "The damage to teeth caused by severe enamel fluorosis is a toxic effect that is consistent with prevailing risk assessment definitions of adverse health effects," the committee reported. Two of the 12 committee members did not agree that enamel defects alone are sufficient to consider severe enamel fluorosis an adverse health effect as opposed to a cosmetic one, but they did agree that EPA's maximum contaminant level goal should be lowered to prevent the occurrence of this unwanted condition.

Earlier studies indicate that up to 15 percent of children in communities with 2 mg of fluoride per liter of water have moderate tooth enamel fluorosis. Although this condition can also lead to tooth discoloration that may be aesthetically objectionable, there is inadequate data to categorize it as an adverse health effect.

Several studies indicate an increased risk of bone fracture in populations exposed to fluoride concentrations in water of 4 mg/L or higher, the committee added. Although fluoride increases bone density as it accumulates in bone, there is evidence that under certain conditions it can weaken bone and increase the risk of fractures. Most of the committee concluded that a population with lifetime exposure to fluoride in water at concentrations of 4 mg/L or higher is likely to experience more fractures than a group exposed to 1 mg/L. Three of the 12 committee members, however, only supported a conclusion that EPA's 4 mg/L limit might not be protective against bone fractures; they said more evidence was needed before drawing a conclusion that increased risk of fracture is likely. There was insufficient data for the committee to reach any conclusions about fracture risk at the 2 mg/L level.

The report also looks at the risk of skeletal fluorosis, a bone and joint condition associated with prolonged exposure to high concentrations of fluoride. The most severe stage of skeletal fluorosis appears to be rare in the United States, the committee noted. It also said that it could not determine if earlier stages of the disease are occurring in U.S. residents who drink water with fluoride at the 4 mg/L level, and that more research is needed in this area.

The evidence to date regarding fluoride's potential to cause cancer, particularly of the bone, is tentative and mixed, the committee added. A study under way at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine, expected to be published this summer, may help identify future research that would be useful for studying fluoride's carcinogenic potential.

The committee's study was sponsored by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. The National Research Council is the principal operating arm of the National Academy of Sciences and the National Academy of Engineering. It is a private, nonprofit institution that provides science and technology advice under a congressional charter. A committee roster follows.

So are you saying it is up to the mothers to supply everything to the unborn child and then make sure they have all the correct nutriants? What about genetics? Doesn't that have any part in it? I thought that maintanence with upkeep as the teeth grew in with the genetic infuences was everything... I never realized that it all started pre brith.. I mean I have thought about it but never actually knew it.

Genetics is the common scapegoat for a lot of things currently. Suppose lactose in milk caused dammage to the pancreas leading to diabetes. Now suppose some genetics such as Asian are worse at digesting milk. Which do you blame? The milk, the genetics, or something else?

Well I guess I would blame genetics....? There are so many people that are Lactose intolerant and that is related to digestion... not the product.

And do you realize that you always answer a question with another question going off on another tangent?? You never just answer the question outright.

Post Strong Link Between Fluoridated Water and Bone Cancer Reply with quote

Harvard Study: Strong Link Between Fluoridated Water and Bone Cancer in Boys

Department Chair With Industry Ties Misrepresented Results to Federal Authorities

WASHINGTON - April 5 - Boys who drink water with levels of fluoride considered safe by federal guidelines are five times more likely to have a rare bone cancer than boys who drink unfluoridated water, according to a study by Harvard University scientists published in a peer-reviewed journal.

The study, led by Dr. Elise Bassin and published online today in Cancer Cases and Control, the official journal of the Harvard Center for Cancer Prevention, found a strong link between fluoridated drinking water and osteocarcoma, a rare and often fatal bone cancer, in boys. The study confirms studies by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the New Jersey health department that also found increased rates of bone cancer in boys who drank fluoridated tap water.

Bassin’s study comes on the heels of a National Academy of Sciences (NAS) report that found the federal “safe” limit for fluoride in tap water did not protect children from dental fluorosis or and increased bone fractures. The NAS recommended that the allowable limit for fluoride in tap water be lowered immediately.

“This study raises very serious concerns about fluoride’s safety and its potential to cause bone cancer in teenage boys,” said Richard Wiles, EWG’s senior vice president. “The findings raise fundamental questions about the wisdom of adding fluoride to tap water.”

The Bassin study is also at the center of a joint federal and Harvard ethics investigation into whether Dr. Chester Douglass – the chairman of Oral Health Policy and epidemiology at Harvard Dental School and Bassin’s doctoral thesis advisor – lied about the results of her work when reporting the results of his federally funded research to the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS).

Last year, Environmental Working Group (EWG) obtained documents strongly suggesting that Douglass may have misrepresented Bassin’s findings. Douglass has received large federal grants to study the relationship between fluoridated drinking water and bone cancer, and is on the payroll of Colgate, the toothpaste giant, where he has edited their dentists’ newsletter for more than a decade.

When pressed recently by an investigative reporter from Fox News in Boston as to the quality of Bassin’s findings, Douglass had nothing but praise for the work. “She did a good job. She had a good group of people advising her. And it's a nice – it's a nice analysis. There's nothing wrong with that analysis,” he said.

“It’s nice to see that Dr. Douglass has finally come clean on the quality of Dr. Bassin’s work. It’s just a shame that he was not so forthcoming when reporting on his work to the NIH,” Wiles said.

Fox filmed Dr. Douglass waving a draft copy of Harvard’s investigation of his conduct, and saying the university’s report will be coming out soon (http://www.ewg.org/news/video.php?id=5065/). Last year, EWG asked the NIEHS, which funded Douglass’ research, to investigate whether he misrepresented his findings.

EWG urges communities not to add fluoride to tap water, and advises parents to avoid fluoridated water for their children, particularly bottle fed infants. “Fluoride is fine in toothpaste, where it is directly applied to the teeth, but provides almost no dental benefit in water, while presenting serious health risks, particularly for boys,” Wiles said.

I remember reading that drinking water with your meal is good enough to help prevent tooth decay; just use it like mouth wash, most of the stuff is soluable to water... I'm speaking of non-flouridated water of course, lol... But I'ma have to check where some of my sources came from on that again.

Post Farewell to Teflon Reply with quote
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/nora-ephron/farewell-to-teflon_b_22892.html wrote:
I feel sad about Teflon.

It was great while it lasted.

Now it turns out to be bad for you.

Or, put more exactly, now it turns out that a chemical that's released when you heat up Teflon is in everyone's blood stream -- and probably causes cancer and birth defects.

I loved Teflon.
I loved the no-carb ricotta pancake I invented last year, which can be cooked only on Teflon. I loved my Teflon-coated frying pan, which makes a beautiful steak. I loved Teflon as an adjective; it gave us a Teflon president (Ronald Reagan) and it even gave us a Teflon Don (John Gotti, whose Teflon-ness eventually wore out, making him an almost exact metaphorical duplicate of my Teflon pans). I loved the fact that Teflon was invented by someone named Roy J. Plunkett, whose name alone you might have thought would have insured Teflon against becoming a dangerous product.

But this year DuPont, which makes polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) resin, which is what Teflon was called when it first popped up as a laboratory accident back in 1938, reached a $16.5 million settlement with the Environmental Protection Agency; it seems the company knew all along that Teflon was bad for you. It's an American cliché by now: a publicly-traded company holds the patent on a scientific breakthrough, it turns out to cause medical problems, and the company knew all along. You can go to the bank on it.

But it's sad about Teflon. Teflon wasn't really good when it first came onto the market. The pans were light and skimpy and didn't compare to copper or cast iron. They were great for omelettes, and of course, nothing stuck to them, but they were nowhere near as good for cooking things that were meant to be browned, like steaks. But then manufacturers began to produce Teflon pans that were heavy-duty, and you could make a steak that was as dark and delicious as one made on the barbecue. Unfortunately, this involved heating your Teflon pan up to a very high temperature before adding the steak, which happens to be the very way perfluoroctanoic acid (PFOA) is released into the environment. PFOA is the bad guy here, and DuPont has promised to eliminate it from all Teflon products by 2015. I'm sure that will be a comfort to those of you under the age of forty, but to me it simply means that my last years on this planet will be spent, at least in part, scraping debris off my frying pans.

Rumors of Teflon have been circulating for a long time, but I couldn't help hoping they were going to turn out like the rumors of aluminum, which was suspected (back in the nineties) of causing Alzheimer's. That was a bad moment, since never mind giving up aluminum pots, it would also have meant giving up aluminum foil, disposable aluminum baking pans, and most crucial of all, anti-perspirants. I rode out that rumor, and I'm pleased to report that it went away. (So has my memory, but I think that's a coincidence.)

But this rumor is clearly for real:

A few days ago, Marian Burros, the incontrovertible food writer for the New York Times, announced that she had moved her Teflon pans to her basement. I notice that she did not throw them out (which I'm going to have to do, since I have no basement). She tested a zillion other pots and made a trillion omelettes, and she wrote that the black enamel frying pan made by Le Creuset was as good as Teflon and even managed to cook eggs that didn't stick. Today I am going to go out and attempt to buy one. My guess is that there are none left in the city of New York.

After I find one, and not a moment before, I will throw my Teflon pans away. Meanwhile, this morning, I am going to make one last ricotta pancake breakfast:

Beat one egg, add 1/3 cup fresh whole-milk ricotta and whisk together. Heat up a Teflon pan until carcinogenic gas is released into the air. Spoon pancakes onto the frying pan and cook about three minutes on one side, until brown. Carefully flip. Cook for another minute to brown the other side. Eat with jam, if you don't care about carbs, or just eat unadorned. Serves one.

The Truth About 'Fluoride'

(or what every Mother should know)

Fluoride used by Nazis to sterilize inmates and make them docile. Fluoride a key dumbing down ingredient of Prozac and Sarin nerve gas -- poisons of choice for tyrant rats.

First of all, it needs to be stated that the 'substance' referred to as 'Fluoride' is a misnomer - there is no such substance listed in the periodic chart of the elements, nor in the prestigious CRC handbook, nor in the sacred 'bible' of the pharmaceutical industry - the illustrious 'Merck Index'. Instead, we find a GAS called Fluorine - and from the use of this gas in various industries such as aluminum manufacturing and the nuclear industry -certain toxic byproducts are created which have 'captured' fluorine molecules. One such toxic, poisonous 'byproduct' is called sodium Fluoride - which according to the Merck Index is primarily used as rat and cockroach poison and is also the active ingredient in most toothpastes and as an "additive to drinking water". But sadly, there is much more to this sordid tale.

Did you know that sodium Fluoride is also one of the basic ingredients in both PROZAC (FLUoxetene Hydrochloride) and Sarin Nerve Gas (Isopropyl-Methyl-Phosphoryl FLUORIDE) - (Yes, folks the same Sarin Nerve Gas that terrorists released on a crowded Japanese subway train!). Let me repeat: the truth the American public needs to understand is the fact that Sodium Fluoride is nothing more (or less) than a hazardous waste by-product of the nuclear and aluminum industries. In addition to being the primary ingredient in rat and cockroach poisons, it is also a main ingredient in anesthetic, hypnotic, and psychiatric drugs as well as military NERVE GAS! Why, oh why then is it allowed to be added to the toothpastes and drinking water of the American people?

Historically, this substance was quite expensive for the worlds' premier chemical companies to dispose of - but in the 50's and 60's - Alcoa and the entire aluminum industry - with a vast overabundance of the toxic waste - SOMEHOW sold the FDA and our government on the insane (but highly profitable) idea of buying this poison at a 20,000% markup and then injecting it into our water supply as well as into the nation's toothpastes and dental rinse. Yes that's right folks, a 20,000% markup. Consider also that when sodium Fluoride is injected into our drinking water, its level is approximately 1 part-per-million (ppm), but since we only drink ½ of one percent of the total water supply, the hazardous chemical literally 'goes down the drain' and voila - the chemical industry has not only a free hazardous waste disposal system - but we have also PAID them handsomely in the process!!

Independent scientific evidence over the past 50 plus years has shown that sodium fluoride shortens our life span, promotes various cancers and mental disturbances, and most importantly, makes humans stupid, docile, and subservient, all in one neat little package. There is increasing evidence that aluminum in the brain is a causative factor in Alzheimer's Disease, and evidence points towards sodium fluoride's strong affinity to 'bond' with this dangerous aluminum (remember it is a byproduct of aluminum manufacturing) and also it has the ability to 'trick' the blood-brain barrier by imitating the hydrogen ion thus allowing this chemical access to brain tissue.

Honest scientists who have attempted to blow the whistle on sodium fluoride's mega-bucks propaganda campaign have consistently been given a large dose of professional 'black-listing' and thus their valid points disputing the current vested interests never have received the ink they deserve in the national press. Just follow the money to find the 'control' and you will find prominent American families to be prominent 'players' in the scandal. In 1952 a slick PR campaign rammed the concept of 'fluoridation' through our Public Health departments and various dental organizations. This slick campaign was more akin to a highly emotional "beer salesman convention" instead of the objective, scientifically researched program that it should have been. It has continued in the same vein right up to the present day - and now sodium fluoride use has now become 'usual and customary'.

To illustrate the emotional vs. the scientific nature of this issue, just look at the response given by people (perhaps yourself included?) when the subject of fluoridation comes up. You need to ask yourself, "Is this particular response based on EMOTIONS born of TRADITION, or is it truly unbiased and based instead on thoroughly researched objectivity?" There is a tremendous amount of emotional, highly unscientific "know-it-all" emotions attached to the topic of 'sodium fluoride' usage -but I personally have yet to find even ONE objective, double blind study that even remotely links sodium fluoride to healthy teeth at ANY AGE. Instead, I hear and read such blather as "9 out of 10 DENTISTS recommend 'fluoride' toothpaste" etc. etc. etc. Let me reiterate: truly independent (unattached to moneyed vested interest groups) scientists who've spent a large portion of their lives studying and working with this subject have been hit with a surprising amount of unfair character assassinations from strong vested-interest groups who reap grand profits from the public's ignorance as well as from their illnesses. (Just follow the money!)

Do you have diabetes and/or kidney disease? There are reportedly more than 11 million Americans with diabetes. If it is true that diabetics drink more liquids than other people, then according to the Physicians Desk Reference these 11 million people are at much higher risk drinking fluoridated water because they will receive a much deadlier dose because of their need for higher than normal water consumption. Kidney disease, by definition, lowers the efficiency of the kidneys, which of course is the primary means in which fluoride (or any other toxic chemical) is eliminated from the body. Does it not make sense that these people shouldn't drink fluoridated water at all? Cases are on record (Annapolis, Maryland, 1979) where ill kidney patients on dialysis machines died because they ingested relatively small amounts of SODIUM FLUORIDE from unwittingly drinking the 'fluoridated' city water supply? Will adequate warnings be given to people with weak kidneys, or will the real cause of such deaths be 'covered up' in the name of 'domestic tranquility'?

Concerning the 'practice' of putting sodium fluoride into drinking water, where did this insanity begin and WHO tried it first? From personal research, the very first occurrence of purposefully putting sodium fluoride into drinking water was in the German ghettos and in Nazi Germany's infamous prison camps. The Gestapo you see had little concern about sodium fluoride's 'supposed' effect on children's teeth; instead, their reason for mass-medicating water with sodium fluoride was to STERILIZE HUMANS and force the people in their concentration camps into calm, bovine, submission. (See for reference: "The Crime and Punishment of I.G. Farben" written by Joseph Borkin.) Kind of shocking isn't it folks!! Ah, but it gets even better.

The following letter was received by the Lee Foundation for Nutritional Research, Milwaukee Wisconsin, on 2 October 1954, from a research chemist by the name of Charles Perkins. He writes:

"I have your letter of September 29 asking for further documentation regarding a statement made in my book, "The Truth about Water Fluoridation", to the effect that the idea of water fluoridation was brought to England from Russia by the Russian Communist Kreminoff. In the 1930's Hitler and the German Nazis envisioned a world to be dominated and controlled by a Nazi philosophy of pan-Germanism. The German chemists worked out a very ingenious and far-reaching plan of mass-control which was submitted to and adopted by the German General Staff. This plan was to control the population in any given area through mass medication of drinking water supplies. By this method they could control the population in whole areas, reduce population by water medication that would produce sterility in women, and so on. In this scheme of mass-control, sodium fluoride occupied a prominent place.

"Repeated doses of infinitesimal amounts of fluoride will in time reduce an individual's power to resist domination, by slowly poisoning and narcotizing a certain area of the brain, thus making him submissive to the will of those who wish to govern him. [A convenient and cost-effective light lobotomy? --- Ott].

"The real reason behind water fluoridation is not to benefit children's teeth. If this were the real reason there are many ways in which it could be done that are much easier, cheaper, and far more effective. The real purpose behind water fluoridation is to reduce the resistance of the masses to domination and control and loss of liberty."

"When the Nazis under Hitler decided to go to Poland, both the German General Staff and the Russian General Staff exchanged scientific and military ideas, plans, and personnel, and the scheme of mass control through water medication was seized upon by the Russian Communists because it fitted ideally into their plans to communize the world."

"I was told of this entire scheme by a German chemist who was an official of the great I.G. Farben chemical industries and was also prominent in the Nazi movement at the time. I say this with all the earnestness and sincerity of a scientist who has spent nearly 20 years' research into the chemistry, biochemistry, physiology and pathology of fluorine --- any person who drinks artificially fluorinated water for a period of one year or more will never again be the same person mentally or physically."

Signed: CHARLES E. PERKINS, Chemist, 2 October, 1954.

Another letter needs to be quoted at length as well to help corroborate Mr. Perkin's testimony. This letter was written by a brilliant (and objectively honest) scientist named Dr. E.H. Bronner. Dr. Bronner was a nephew of the great Albert Einstein, served time in a WWII prison camp and wrote the following letter printed in the Catholic Mirror, Springfield, MA, January 1952:

"It appears that the citizens of Massachusetts are among the 'next' on the agenda of the water poisoners.

"There is a sinister network of subversive agents, Godless intellectual parasites, working in our country today whose ramifications grow more extensive, more successful and more alarming each new year and whose true objective is to demoralize, paralyze and destroy our great Republic ---- from within if they can, according to their plan --- for their own possession."

"The tragic success they have already attained in their long siege to destroy the moral fiber of American life is now one of their most potent footholds towards their own ultimate victory over us."

"Fluoridation of our community water systems can well become their most subtle weapon for our sure physical and mental deterioration. As a research chemist of established standing, I built within the past 22 years 3 American chemical plants and licensed 6 of my 53 patents. Based on my years of practical experience in the health food and chemical field, let me warn: fluoridation of drinking water is criminal insanity, sure national suicide. DON'T DO IT!!"

"Even in very small quantities, sodium fluoride is a deadly poison to which no effective antidote has been found. Every exterminator knows that it is the most effective rat-killer. Sodium Fluoride is entirely different from organic calcium-fluoro-phosphate needed by our bodies and provided by nature, in God's great providence and love, to build and strengthen our bones and our teeth. This organic calcium-fluoro-phosphate, derived from proper foods, is an edible organic salt, insoluble in water and assimilable by the human body; whereas the non-organic sodium fluoride used in fluoridating water is instant poison to the body and fully water soluble. The body refuses to assimilate it."

"Careful, bonafide laboratory experimentation by conscientious, patriotic research chemists, and actual medical experience, have both revealed that instead of preserving or promoting 'dental health', fluoridated drinking water destroys teeth before adulthood and after, by the destructive mottling and other pathological conditions it actually causes in them, and also creates many other very grave pathological conditions in the internal organisms of bodies consuming it. How then can it be called a 'health plan'? What's behind it?"

"That any so-called 'Doctors' would persuade a civilized nation to add voluntarily a deadly poison to its drinking water systems is unbelievable. It is the height of criminal insanity!"

"No wonder Hitler and Stalin fully believed and agreed from 1939 to 1941 that, quoting from both Lenin's 'Last Will' and Hitler's Mein Kampf: "America we shall demoralize, divide, and destroy from within."

"Are our Civil Defense organizations and agencies awake to the perils of water poisoning by fluoridation? Its use has been recorded in other countries. Sodium Fluoride water solutions are the cheapest and most effective rat killers known to chemists: colorless, odorless, tasteless; no antidote, no remedy, no hope: Instant and complete extermination of rats."

"Fluoridation of water systems can be slow national suicide, or quick national liquidation. It is criminal insanity ------- treason!!"

Signed: Dr. E.H. Bronner, Research Chemist, Los Angeles

Apparently, the public outcry by Dr. Bronner and others precluded the fluoridation of public water systems for a season - but soon thereafter, the Food and Drug Administration allowed this deadly poison to be put in 'toothpaste', and our dentists were systematically brainwashed into providing 'fluoride treatments' to their many patients. Of course, today many major metropolitan areas have a minimum of 1 parts per million sodium fluoride systematically added to their water supply and more areas are seeking to add this poison every year. Add to this the fact that bottling companies (soft drinks, juices, etc.) use fluoridated water to make their products - is it any wonder that people can no longer think clearly and ask pertinent questions of their elected and ecclesiastical leaders? Is it also a mystery why so many top Nazi mind control scientists were brought to America by the CIA and their infamous 'Operation Paper Clip'?

If you believe all of this is 'just a coincidence' - go ahead and keep brushing your teeth with your 'fluoride' toothpaste and sucking on your sodium fluoride enhanced Coke or Pepsi product - for ignorance truly is bliss and you truly deserve what you get.

Mothers, if your little ones are having trouble concentrating at home or in school, or have been diagnosed as 'attention deficit' - perhaps you would be well advised to look for the culprit (and the solution to the problem) no further than your home medicine cabinet (your tube of toothpaste) and your friendly neighborhood school's water fountain!!

Idea Teas and Floride Okay, Yes Fluoride we only need about2-3 grams a day for bone and teeth strength, but its only over the counter teas that contain all the fluoride." Herbal teas are better over all than the caffeine-tannic acid, fluoride containing teas and are becoming more popular. The berries, barks flowers ,leaves, stem, and the roots of all kinds of plants have been specific therapeutic actions hwen consumed in sufficient dosages. THe knowlendt fo these medicinal properties has been passed down through the ages and can be found in a variety of text"
